By placing an order with Traumatic Studios LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are not included in the wholesale price of our products, as we cannot predict where they will be delivered. Shipping costs are therefore put out to bid with various carriers and are approved by the customer. These costs will be added to the customer’s invoice, along with any remaining balances, prior to shipping.

All products are made to order, we require the balance, and shipping charges payed prior to shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

Standard build times will be prominently displayed on your order confirmation. If you require a specific “delivery by date,” please coordinate this with us at the time of the order so it can be agreed upon and documented on your order confirmation.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Since each product is to order, photos on our website and any other form of social media may vary from the actual product. Finished product photos/videos may be requested by the client prior to shipping for validation.

Order Cancellation and Returns:

If you need to cancel your order after production has commenced but before shipping, your order will be subject to a 50% restocking fee based on the full wholesale value of the items ordered. It may be possible to convert all or a portion of this fee into product credit toward substitutable items, subject to approval at the discretion of Traumatic Studios LLC.

All Products sold by Traumatic Studios LLC are non-returnable and or refundable post delivery. 

Product damage claims must be submitted via email to traumaticstudios@yahoo.com within 24hrs of delivery.

In no event will Traumatic Studios LLC or any of its representatives be liable for any damages or injuries, however they may occur, related to any products sold by Traumatic Studios LLC.

Except as expressly stated herein, Traumatic Studios LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to products sold.

If for any reason Traumatic Studios LLC must turn your account over to a collection agency due to non-payment, you will be responsible for all attorney, court, or any other fees incurred in collecting the debt.
